Showers with no hot water, dirty linens, and mold in the bathroom certainly dampen the experience. Additional issues included broken tub parts with no timely solutions, and poor cleanliness standards, leaving guests dealing with large amounts of dirt on towels. The common ice machine was out of order, requiring trips to the front desk for ice.

Liked our exceptionally clean rooms.

I stayed 1 night in a King Room Non-Smoking, and the staff was fantastic! Ms. Lu was super helpful, keeping my room clean and cozy, while her husband Mr Joe even helped me fix my car problems without charging. Such wonderful people!

The hotel was located next to Seguin as well as the construction. The staff were amiable and pleasant in the entire venue. Spotless and modern rooms and TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator included. It was with a bathtub.

The room was spacious and had a modern look. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, as I found hair and other debris in the shower. While the staff was pleasant and attentive, the lack of basic amenities like a closet and a clean tub detracted from the overall experience.

The AC worked very well .

I was surprised by the cozy feel of my room, complete with a fridge and microwave that made snacking easy. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the free Wi-Fi were great ways to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was that the carpet felt a bit worn, but that didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

Amazing hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. I remember the staff helping me find my lost wallet during my first stay, and Ms. Lu's really good service. I can't wait to come back for my city trip!
